Meet our Therapist: Zoe SO
Zoe, founder of Natural Daily, is a UK qualified Aromatherapist, Hypnotherapist, Singing Bowl Practitioner, and Meditation Instructor. She registered with the IFA and CNHC. She offers personalised services including aromatherapy massage, sound healing, hypnotherapy, meditation, and healing tarot.
With a deep understanding of holistic wellness, Zoe integrates aromatherapy massage, sound healing, meditation, and hypnotherapy to support both physical and emotional health. She believes that everyone is unique. Her treatment focuses on a full mind-body-spirit assessment, and she is skilled at using her hands to “listen” to the body and find the root causes of health issues. By creating custom natural essential oil blends on the spot and combining them with personalised massage techniques, she helps clients to promote overall wellbeing, particularly during times of physical/chronic pain ( headache, stiff neck, back and legs pain ), Emotional distress (anxiety, depression, fatigue and dissociation), Poor sleep, hormonal imbalances (PMS or menopause), psychosomatic symptoms (IBS, psychosomatic pain),low immunity, trauma, and stress-related conditions. Also, She has been invited to host aromatherapy and sound bath workshops at various organisations, including Dragon Café in the City, Historic Royal Palaces, Centre 151, and the ESEA Community Centre, etc.
With a background in social work and experience in mental health and elderly service, Zoe brings warmth, intuition, and calm to every session. She speaks English, Cantonese, and Mandarin, and creates a welcoming space for healing in body, mind, and spirit.
