Meet our Therapist: Zoe SO
Zoe is a qualified Aromatherapist, Hypnotherapist, and Singing Bowl Sound Practitioner, registered with IFA and CNHC. She offers holistic services including bespoke aromatherapy massage, aroma singing bowl sound bath, therapeutic tarot, and hypnotherapy & meditation sessions.
With a deep understanding of holistic wellness, Zoe integrates aromatherapy, sound bath, meditation, and hypnotherapy to support both physical and emotional health. Her approach supports to promote overall wellbeing, particularly during times of physical/chronic pain ( headache, stiff neck, frozen shoulder, mother thumb, back and legs pain), Emotional distress (anxiety, depression, fatigue and dissociation), Poor sleep, hormonal imbalances (PMS or menopause), psychosomatic symptoms (IBS, psychosomatic pain),low immunity, trauma, and stress-related conditions.
Each session begins with a comprehensive consultation to ensure treatments are safe, appropriate, and tailored to individual needs. Aromatherapy massages include a personalised blend of essential oils formulated to support specific clinical concerns.
With a background in social work and experience in mental health and elderly service, Zoe brings warmth, intuition, and calm to every session. She speaks English, Cantonese, and Mandarin, and creates a welcoming space for healing in body, mind, and spirit.
