Assessment is key to your personalised treatment
1. Before your first session, we will ask you to fill out a consultation form to help us understand your general health condition.
2. During your first session, we will conduct a comprehensive health consultation based on your consultation form. This may include physical examinations. The assessment helps us to ensure treatment safety, identify the root cause of your concern and create a personalised treatment plan tailored to your needs. After the assessment, we will discuss the treatment plan with you and proceed with your customised session.
3.At the end of the treatment, we’ll evaluate the session and provide home care tips.

Please wear comfortable clothing for your sessions, and that is easy to remove if you have booked a session with aromatherapy massage.

Please note that treatment prices do not include additional take-home oils,if you would like to purchase extra, please speak with our therapist. Prices typically start from £8, depending on the volume and ingredients required after your treatment.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Please note that all appointments will be confirmed only after advance payment before the treatment date is made. A 24-hour notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. For bookings at the Hackney clinic, 48 hours’ notice is required.

Cancellations made with less notice will be charged the full appointment fee. This policy supports the sustainability of our clinic — your understanding is appreciated.

For cancellations with sufficient notice, a full refund will be processed within 3–5 working days after you provide your bank details.
Health Insurance -
Many health insurance providers cover aromatherapy treatments performed by members of the International Federation of Aromatherapists (IFA) or the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC).Please check with your provider, as some may require a GP referral.

I am happy to provide invoices for reimbursement; however, I cannot accept discounted insurance rates or submit claims on your behalf.

Our services are professional and therapeutic treatments only, and inappropriate enquiries will not be tolerated. Appointments are primarily offered to female clients due to the personal nature of the treatments. Male clients may be considered on a referral basis, subject to discretion. We reserve the right to decline or discontinue any booking where appropriate, in line with safeguarding and professional standards.
